Please note: many of our pieces are made to order by hand.

Please allow 3 weeks for your piece to be made.

DELIVERIES

Products are offered subject to availability.

If a product unavailability’s is detected after the order was placed, Atelier gardan will inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible.

We will recredite the bank account or Paypal account that was used for the purchase if we can not reach an agreement.Products are shipped to the delivery address that the Customer indicated during the ordering process. Gardan-shop can not be responsible for any data entry errors and the consequences in terms of delays or delivery errors.

In this context, all costs incurred for the return will be at the Customer.

 

SHIPPING

For shipments in France and abroad, we use the Colissimo service of the French Post.

You can track your package through their respective websites with a tracking number which will be sent by email.

Shipping in France :     Free

European Delivery :     € 11

Delivery in the rest of the world (and French DOM-TOM) :     € 16

Gardan-shop can not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions due to carriers (total or partial strike of the Carrier and / or transport and / or communications).

 

RETURN POLICY

Sold goods are shipped at the risk of the purchaser. It is recommended to check the integrity of packages and to make reservations to the shipper or refuse the goods when in doubt.

An item can be exchanged or refunded if returned intact within 15 days (according to the provisions of Article L121.16 of the Consumer Code) in its original packaging.

The shipping and return are at the buyer’s expense. Atelier Gardan advices the Customer to return the products using Colissimo with delivery against signature.

If you return an item because of an error on our part, the shipping cost will be fully reimbursed on request.

Delivery costs due to the return of products shall not be reimbursed except for non-compliant products (products sent by error or defective, etc.).
